Raleigh Neighbors United is a grassroots advocacy group committed to projecting the voices of our community members while supporting smart, responsible growth. We believe that development should align with city planning policies, respect historic districts and neighborhoods, and incorporate real public input—not just serve developer interests. Our work focuses on ensuring that Raleigh’s growth is thoughtful, equitable, and beneficial for all residents.

threatening the balance between growth and neighborhood preservation, as well as eroding key features of Raleigh that make it such a great place to live and work. Compounding this issue is the complacency of the city and its council, who seem to be turning a blind eye to these pressures, failing to uphold the plans and policies that safeguard the city’s unique character. This inaction is further emboldening developers, putting Raleigh’s future at risk. This is not one neighborhood's issue but EVERY neighborhood's issue.
